A Thanksgiving Treat

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This contest is open to all annual paid subscribers of Founder Things who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older.
Contest Period: The contest begins on November 20, 2023 and ends on November 30, 2023. All entries must be received during this period.
How to Enter:
For Giveaway 1: Existing annual paid subscribers are automatically entered. New subscribers must subscribe to the annual paid tier by November 30, 2023.
For Giveaway 2: Subscribe to the Founding Member tier within the month of November to be eligible.
Prizes:
Giveaway 1: One annual paid subscriber will be selected for a Founder Things interview and photoshoot. The location of the photoshoot must be within the United States.
Giveaway 2: New Founding Member tier subscribers will receive a half-hour call to discuss founder-related topics and will also be entered into Giveaway 1.
Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible subscribers. The draw will be conducted by Founder Things on or around December 1, 2023. The decision is final and binding.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Founder Things reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, or other cause beyond Founder Things' control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
Liability Release: By participating, entrants release Founder Things and its affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on founderthings.substack.com.
